Sunburn or Tanned Skin Remedies

Sunburn or Tanning Remedies:

 1)      Baking soda added to cool bath water soak yourself for no more than 15 to 20 minutes and allow it to air dry rather than wiping it off with a towel.
2)      Oatmeal 1 cup powdered added to cold bath water would provide relief to sunburned skin and is effective for “Swimmer’s itch” too.
3)      Aloe Vera is well known herb to reduce tan or sunburn when applied 4 to 5 times per day but is believed to tan the skin easily when exposed later. However, applying a perfect Sunscreen would be treated as an effective remedy for sunburn or tanned skin.
4)      Potatoes sliced and blended into paste or liquid form when applied on skin can relieve from tanned skin.
5)      Green papaya, pumpkin and pineapple blended into paste is very effective in relieving the tanned or sunburned skin. It also helps to regain the original skin color back.
